Question: What is the Cyprus currency?

The Cyprus currency is now the EURO currency as from Jan 1st 2008. Coins range from 1c to 50cent ,With also a 1&2 Euro coin. The notes used are 5/10 /20/50/100/200/500 Euro notes ,Major credit cards e.g. Visa and Master Cards are accepted throughout the island.
